Desnubbers (2):
Turned from solid 6061 aluminum and cerakoted black. If you are not using your factory rubber snubbers, replace them with these Desnubber. Desnubbers come with stainless hardware.
Returning customer for more upgrades to my 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited ((LJ) Rubicon 4.0L 6 speed manual. This time I upgraded the hood kit (footman loop + desnubbers). A very basic R & R with high quality parts. The video instructions were spot on except I have exceptionally short arms, or the modest 2” lift on 33” AT tires, or both, made the reach to the footman install just a little too far. No helper available today so a little bit of tape to keep the footman aligned from above whilst gently coaxing the Allen bolts home with a dab of blue Loctite did the trick. Well done CMM!
