This is a true full replacement grab bar, not a clamp-on or cosmetic add-on. It is engineered to match the factory OEM geometry, mounting locations, and interior appearance while substantially improving strength, durability, and functionality.

The factory grab bar is a lightweight, injection-molded plastic component designed primarily for occasional use. Over time, plastic can flex, fatigue, and degrade, especially when repeatedly supporting body weight or subjected to vibration and temperature changes common in off-road environments.

This grab bar replaces that plastic assembly with a fully machined aluminum structure. The bar and ends are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum, providing significantly higher rigidity and load capacity while maintaining precise OEM-style fitment. The result is a grab point that resists flex, holds up to repeated use, and maintains long-term structural integrity.

Integrated ball mount options allow secure mounting of phones, tablets, cameras, radios, and other accessories without relying on additional brackets or interior clamps. Despite the increase in strength and functionality, the bar retains a factory-correct appearance and installs using the original mounting points.

The grab bar can also be customized with color and engraving, allowing personalization without compromising fit, finish, or durability.
