Store owner replied: Hello Eric. Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that these mirrors can be positioned at the top or the bottom of the handles. If you are not fully satisfied with the top, definitely try the bottom and see if this is more what you are looking for. When doing this, please place the driver on passenger side and vice versa since they are side specific. Hopefully this will give you more of the view you are looking for.

The mirror kit is very cool. Install is wicked easy. Great quality. I like the looks of the minimal size of them. The red color is fantastic. It is a bit brighter than the rubicon trim, but blends in nicely. These fit easily in the lower part of the pillar handle which I choice to mount them. Solid stuff definitely recommend.

Really impressed with quality of these mirrors. Researched all the options and really likes the design and mounting location of the CMM Mirrors (I chose to use the lower mounting option). Solid mounting, as you can see in the video no vibration at all, even on a bumpy country road. I appreciate the concave mirror to give a wider view, unlike the most competitors versions. Highly recommend.

Super easy install. The mirror size is perfect. Large enough to give great visibility yet low profile as to not stand out. There is absolutely NO vibration in any driving condition. They may be a little more money than others on the market but I’m very very satisfied!

Your product is great. Customer service is lacking in a big way for me. Communication wise if you dont have a product and someone buys it online Communication would be nice. When someone reaches out to ask for a ETA and the person responds I'd have tracking by EOD they should do everything they can do to fulfill that not 2 days later. That's all of my rant. And 2 stickers would be better than 1 so my jeep aint lop sided

This is probably the best jeep mirror I have ever owned, and appreciate the sturdiness of it. I also like how you can add other accessories to the base of the mirror. What I didn't like was the shipping aspect of the product. I ordered the product on July 1st, and did not receive it until July 14th. I emailed, and I did appreciate the timely response back, but I do feel there should have been some sort of compensation due to delay. Normally, I would have just canceled the order, and went with something cheaper/more timely delivery. I also wanted to express that the bag should absolutely be included with the purchase. You shouldn't have to put in additional code for it. Especially with the high cost of the product! I didn't see that it wasn't included until I received the item.

As I know we advised, we did have issues with receiving the mirrors themselves to complete the order. We are work on a resolution so this does not happen again. Agree on the bag and there is a mirror package on the site that does include without a code. I am sorry that this was not originally seen. We will work on making that more clear. Hands down, the best doors-off mirror solution out there. Stable at high speed when mirrors installed. Attachment at driver/passenger grab bar is seamless! Looks like a stock part - BRILLIANT! Excellent craftsmanship... I will be back for more add-ons! SO happy I found this company and these doors off mirrors. SO much better than the "slide into the door hinge" type I had before (that would always pivot toward the jeep when driving over 50 MPH). Thank you, CMM! Customer for life!

Love the product… great quality and aesthetics but 3 stars for poor communications. I’ve reached out a couple times about shipping and was refunded the portion I paid for expedited shipping (thank you) but was never contacted. Furthermore when I received the product I didn’t receive the 20mm ball kit that I paid for rather just the blank or delete kit. Contacted via the online messaging through website and received no reply.
