Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you need to return an item, here’s what you need to know:

Returns:  
- You have 30 days from receiving your order to return items. Please inspect your package upon arrival and ensure you have everything you ordered. If something's missing, let us know right away.
- To return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- We need a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

How to Return:
- Before sending anything back, please reach out to us first! You can email us at info@cmmoffroad.com, call us at 704-213-4319, or use our online chat.

Refunds:  
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about your refund status. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. This may take a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds:  
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@cmmoffroad.com.

Sale Items:  
- Please note, only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges:  
- We’ll exchange items only if they’re defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@cmmoffroad.com and send your item to:

Shipping Costs:  
- You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item, and these are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we’ll deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Restocking Fee: 
- After the 30-day return window, a 25% restocking fee will apply for returns without cause.
