The short answer is that there is no finish for all conditions/uses. That being said here at CMM Offroad our principles include no compromise and fine finish. While our canvas is most commonly aluminum alloy our choices for a finish start with none at all. Powder coat or anodize would be the most common and are readily available globally. US based and off shore manufacturers can deliver a finish that appears similar when new. We use Cerakote thin film ceramic coatings. They require trained applicators to use materials from the USA. These coatings are a perfect match for our products. Recently they featured our work.
