The CMM Offroad Coupler Cork is a simple, purpose-built solution designed to help protect an unused female air coupler until you’re ready to connect your air hose.

Instead of leaving the coupler open to dirt, mud, dust, sand, water, and other trail debris, the Coupler Cork snaps directly into a compatible female quick-connect fitting just like the mating air fitting would.

Once installed, it helps prevent contaminants from reaching the internal components of your coupler.

No complicated installation. No unnecessary hardware.

Just plug it in and protect your connection.

Designed for Onboard Air

The Coupler Cork is designed for compatible 1/4” quick-connect female air couplers commonly found on onboard-air systems using 3/8” air hose.

It’s an ideal addition anywhere you’ve installed an exposed or unused air connection, including:

• Bumpers

• Underhood air systems

• Compressor installations

• Air tanks

• Air manifolds

• Exterior air connection points

• Shop and service equipment

Like the other products we build at CMM Offroad, the Coupler Cork isn’t an off-the-shelf plastic cap with our name stuck on it.

It’s precision CNC-machined in the USA and built with the same attention to material, fit, finish, and detail we put into our larger components.

It may be one of the smallest parts we make, but we approached it the same way we approach everything else:

Choose Your Material: 6061-T6 or 7075-T6 Aluminum

Not every customer needs the same thing, so we’re offering the Coupler Cork in two aluminum options.

6061-T6 Aluminum

Our standard Coupler Cork offers an excellent combination of durability, corrosion resistance, and lightweight performance.

6061-T6 is a proven material and a great choice for everyday onboard-air installations.

7075-T6 Aluminum

Want the premium version?

Step up to 7075-T6 aluminum.

The 7075 version provides substantially higher material strength while maintaining the same compact, purpose-built design.

It’s the premium material option for customers who appreciate the details—even when we’re talking about something as small as an air coupler plug.

Cerakote® Finished

Machining the part is only part of the process.

Every CMM Offroad Coupler Cork receives a Cerakote® finish for additional surface protection and the finished appearance you’d expect from CMM Offroad.

Choose from:

• Black Cerakote

• USMC Red Cerakote

Whether it’s mounted under the hood, tucked into a bumper, attached to an air tank, or sitting out in plain sight, it looks like it belongs there.

Retain It. Don’t Lose It.

There’s not much point in having a coupler plug if you can’t find it when it’s time to disconnect your hose.

That’s why every Coupler Cork includes a stainless steel split-ring retainer.

The split ring provides a durable attachment point so you can tether the Coupler Cork near your air connection. Disconnect your hose, grab the Cork, snap it back into the coupler, and you’re ready for the next adventure.
