The CMM Offroad Grab Bar Refresh Service is designed specifically for customer-owned CMM Grab Bars for the Jeep TJ, LJ, and JK. We'll take your existing CMM components, strip and prepare them, apply a fresh finish, inspect the hardware, and send them back ready for their next chapter.

One of the advantages of investing in quality machined components is that they're built for long-term use.

A finish, however, lives a much harder life. Hands, UV exposure, dirt, mud, moisture, trail debris, and years of Jeep adventures can eventually leave their mark. Sometimes nothing is wrong with the Grab Bar itself, you just want it looking fresh again. That's where our Refresh & Refinish Service comes in.

Change the Color While You're at It

A refresh doesn't have to mean returning your Grab Bars to their original appearance.

• Want to go from black to orange, red, blue, green, purple, pink, yellow—or something completely custom?

This is your opportunity to change things up.

CMM offers Cerakote refreshes, custom Cerakote colors, factory-color refreshes, and powder-coat options, depending on the product and application. Finish availability can vary because proper tolerances and fitment always come first.

Even Your Engraving Can Change

Here's something Jeep owners may not realize: You can change or remove your existing engraving during the refresh process.

Maybe the original engraving no longer fits your Jeep build. Maybe you bought the Jeep from someone else. Or maybe you've simply got a new idea. Instead of starting over with a new Grab Bar, the Refresh Service gives you an opportunity to update the engraving along with the finish.

What Happens When Your Grab Bar Comes Back to CMM?

This isn't simply a quick coat of paint.

Your CMM Grab Bar goes through a refinishing process that includes:

• Complete stripping and surface preparation

• Professional Cerakote, custom-color or powder-coat application

• Hardware inspection and cleaning

• Engraving changes or removal when selected

• Final quality-control inspection before return shipment

All the work is performed in-house by CMM Offroad.

That's important to us. We made the product. We know how it was designed. We understand its tolerances. And we know how it should look and function when it leaves our shop.

How Does the Refresh Service Work?

We've kept the process simple.

1. Choose your refresh options and place your order.

2. Ship your existing CMM Grab Bar to us.

3. We strip, prep, inspect and refinish it.

4. We perform final quality control and ship the refreshed Grab Bar back to you.

Customers are responsible for shipping their parts to CMM Offroad, while return shipping is calculated at checkout. Each quantity purchased represents one Grab Bar.

How Long Does It Take?

For coating-only services, the current estimated lead time is approximately 1–2 weeks after CMM receives your parts.
